Just a quick 20Q tag

1. What can't you leave the house without?
my mobile, my purse, hair bobbles, oh and clothes :D

2. Favourite makeup brand?
barry m for all their bright colours and great prices, and i love sleek packaging and their pallets are amazing

3. Favourite flower?
forget me nots :) they're small and either blue or purple, i love them

4. Favourite clothing store?
river island sell some nice stuff, as does topshop and newlook has a few nice pieces, but I really like smaller shops, mainly online, like Heidi Seeker :)

5. Favourite perfume?
ckin2u calvin klein, i love it, it smells so nice, i finished my last bottle back in september and havent bought another one because i really like vera wang rock princess currently so i'm sticking to that

6. Heels or flats?
Flats most the time, but I do like heels, seeing as I'm short, only 5'3" :)

7. Do you make good grades?
Nope, I'm intelligent but never put any effort in.

8. Favourite colours?
pink, but i lvoe any bright colour, yellow green and orange are lovely.

9. Do you drink energy drinks?
rarely, only when I'm revision cramming :)

10. Do you drink juice?
all the time! orange juice is jus' so gooood

11. Do you like swimming?
i dont mind the swimming itself, it's the pool, they're so dirty, and the chlorine reacts with previous dye in my hair, turning it from black, to a dirty green :)

12. Do you eat fries with a fork?
fries? no. chips? yes. :)

13. Favourite moisturiser?
simple <3 it's the way forward, no colours or anything :)

14. Do you want to get married?
yep, i already know what wedding dress i want, people laugh at me, but it's so pretty.

15. Do you get mad easy?
very, i've had anger management, didnt help much, i'm fine but i snap if you annoy me and i dont take it well when people say things i disagree with :)

16. Are you into ghost hunting?
haha no, although i do like looking at the "ghost" pictures :)

17. Any phobias?
everything, mainly silly stuff, want a list?

18. Do you bite your nails?
no, but they break easy as, then i nibble any flaky bits :/ they're not very long....

19. Have you ever had a near death experience?
yes, oh my god, everytime i tell this story, everyone laughs at me, but in fact, i've had 3....
it must have been about year 9, i was 13, sitting in my german lesson, and there's this really loud bang, like the sound of a gun firing, so i dive under the desk to try and survive, and everyone stares at me, turns out my pencil snapped... i MAY have overreacted, BUT if it WAS a gun, they'd all be dead, and i could have been.... near death experience...

and about a year later, i was walking out my house on the way to school, and there's a pigeon running FULL SPEED at me, looking like it was gonna kill me, pigeons have wings, TF:. i'm scared of them, so i screamed expecting to die, turns out it was my cat running to me for a kiss, but still, if it WAS a pigeon, would have died.....

and my other one is even sillier... so i'll shh now

20. Do you drink coffee?
personally, i hate the stuff, i drink diet coke and tea <3

Necklaces

I'm really into necklaces at the minutes, they're just so simple and change an outfit so much! I have quite a collection of necklaces, most of them just pendants on chains, which are so nice and simple, but what I'm really loving at the moment is necklaces that have a word on them, or say something.
Like Carrie's necklace on sex and the city, but to be honest, not a huge fan of things with your name on, so I found some other necklaces that are a similar idea. They're all over the shops at the minute, so here's two I LOVE:

New Blog

So, I'm starting this blog. I hope to update it weekly. It'll be about fashion, beauty, and all thing stylish. It's a true obsession of mine.

So what's made me start a blog?

Well I sat down today, and realised I got paid last night (well technically this morning) and by 10am, I'd spent it all. I've discovered how my addiction to clothes, shoes, beauty products, and make-up isn't something to be ashamed of, but something to share with others who love to take care of their appearance. So now I'm strapped for cash, and really wanting to buy so much.

So what did I buy today? Thinking about it- very little.

I got GOSH darling, me being a huge fan of nude lipsticks I can't believe I had resisted buying it!

I also bought a nail strengthener as I'm trying to grow my nails a bit longer, and trying to avoid getting acrylics, they're so bad for your nails!

I purchased a beautiful pale pink nail polish from Barry M, a brand I can never resist!

I also picked up a beautiful GOSH Velvet Touch eyeliner, in Golden Globe, a beautiful shimmering yellow.

Then the big buy....? A pair of black lace up killer heals. Oops...? So that's all my money gone, well I have £11. Damn.

I've recently put myself on a lipgloss ban, I rarely wear them, and they're not dissimilar, so I'm going to try to finish the ones I've got before buying more. I did throw away 6 lip gloss tubes today, the ones I never wear for different reasons.

So to help fund my make-up, I'm selling some stuff I really don't need, or want, or use.

So hopefully by next week I should have raised £65 to buy some new shadows and liners.

OH! I'm trying to find a new skirt, skirts are something I don't have enough of! So I found a lovely one in river island, and was thinking about buying it, but decided not to, as it's not a very practical idea, then today I decided I really did like the skirt, so went online to order it. Sold out in my size! I'm so annoyed at myself for missing out on that one!

This means I'm back on the hunt for a nice skirt, and it's gotta meet a very particular criteria:

Gotta be patterned > I have many plain skirts, I need something to add dynamic.

Gotta be above the knee > it's what's most flattering on me.

Gotta be below £30 > so this is one of my new rules, never spend more than £30 on an item of clothing, this excludes shoes and coats, and dresses for special occasions. But no more £40 jeans that appear to be my latest weakness.
